Screening and in-person Q&A with filmmakers and members of the Tz’utujil community to follow.

The screening is hosted by Anti-Imperialist Solidarity as part of a larger effort to educate and organize around the ongoing and increasing violence that many immigrants face due to U.S. immigration policy. The event is also a fundraiser for Roots & Dreams and Mustard Seeds Inc., a local nonprofit that focuses on empowering vulnerable community members and provides food and basic needs to a large immigrant population in and around Pittsfield.
